The Challenge

Waldron Smith engaged Microhire to deliver full technical and creative production for Screen Forever, Australia’s leading media and entertainment conference. With a media-savvy audience, the event needed to feel like a live broadcast, combining precision AV with TV studio showcraft.

The Solution

Microhire delivered a complete technical and creative solution, including:

Studio-Style Stage Design
- Created a custom TV studio-inspired set for the main plenary room
- Integrated an on-stage interview lounge for informal panel discussions
- Used LED panels to introduce colour, motion, and pattern throughout the set
Vision and Presentation Management
- Mixed live camera feeds and presentation content to the screen in real time
- Designed a digital backdrop that served as an evolving visual layer behind each session
- Networked all rooms and managed speaker presentations across multiple spaces
Awards Dinner Styling
- Provided creative concepting and full styling for the gala dinner
