Located just 1.5 km from Brisbane’s CBD at the historic Brisbane Showgrounds, the Royal ICC offers over 4,000 square metres of flexible event space.

The venue boasts three large halls, seven meeting rooms, two boardrooms, and 1,500 square metres of landscaped plaza. Additional outdoor areas, including two permanent marquees, support a wide range of event types, from exhibitions to gala dinners.

The centre combines industrial heritage with contemporary design, featuring original timber finishes, high ceilings, and operable rigging grids. Its layout allows for exclusive hire, creating a more tailored and immersive experience for guests.

As the in-house technical partner, Microhire delivers integrated audiovisual and production services. With expert knowledge of the venue and a premium equipment inventory, including high-definition projection, flown sound systems, digital consoles, and a motorised grid system, Microhire ensures professional and impactful results across all event types.
