Set within Botanicca Business Park near the Yarra River, Element Melbourne Richmond offers a total of 2,993 square feet of flexible event space across three venues, including a rooftop terrace with city views. The hotel caters to meetings, workshops, private functions, and small weddings.

The largest meeting space, Skyline 1 & 2, features floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the outdoor terrace. It accommodates up to 250 guests and can be configured for cocktail receptions, seated dinners, or full-day conferences. Skyline 1 and Skyline 2 can also be used individually for smaller gatherings, while the Burnley Boardroom offers a private space for up to 10 guests.

All event spaces are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and modern AV. The hotel provides catering services, planning support, and access to a business centre. Guests can also enjoy on-site accommodation, bike hire, a fitness centre, and casual dining.
