The hotel features 10 event rooms, including the Grand Ballroom, which accommodates up to 958 guests and features seven-metre-high ceilings, 12 chandeliers, and a floor-to-ceiling window inspired by the National Gallery of Victoria. A private terrace offers additional space for pre-function gatherings or outdoor receptions.

Smaller venues such as the Melbourne Room, Executive Editor, and Syme Boardroom offer flexible configurations for mid-size events, corporate meetings, and private functions. Each space is thoughtfully designed with natural light, bold architectural finishes, and seamless access to pre-function areas, gallery lounges, or the open show kitchen, ensuring a cohesive and elevated guest experience.

All event spaces are supported by high-speed internet, in-built AV, and custom catering options. A dedicated events team ensures a seamless experience, from planning through to execution.
