Located near Parliament House and Fitzroy Gardens, Le Méridien Melbourne offers five adaptable event spaces across 357 square metres, suitable for conferences, private functions, and boardroom meetings.

The Vaudeville Ballroom is the largest space, with capacity for up to 200 guests in a cocktail setting. It can be split into two smaller rooms and is supported by in-built AV, high-speed internet, and flexible layouts.

Smaller meetings are suited to rooms such as Stutt’s Boardroom or the St James Room, while the Apollo and Excelsior rooms provide options for mid-sized events, workshops, and breakouts.

The venue also offers Le Splash, a rooftop poolside bar ideal for cocktail events and post-conference functions, and Dolly, a European-style restaurant available for group dining and private hire.

Meeting spaces are supported by dedicated planning staff, video conferencing technology, stocked fridges, and in-room refreshment areas. Full floor buyouts are available for multi-room activations or exhibitions.
