Located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, The Grace Hotel is steeped in rich history and now boasts a complete upgrade of audiovisual and event staging services to seamlessly blend historic 1920’s architecture with contemporary sophistication.

A Historic Landmark Venue Boasting the Latest Technology

Thoughtfully designed with eleven versatile meeting rooms for up to 400 guests, the revitalisation combines elegance, functionality, and innovation with the installation of Microhire’s next-generation audio-visual technology.

Boasting an abundance of natural light throughout, each room has been upgraded with the latest AV technology to support hybrid meetings, modern meetings and versatile pre-function areas to fulfill the expectations of today’s discerning event organisers and attendees.

The Balinga, Pinaroo, Wilarra, Kirralaa and Alkira rooms are equipped with 4K capable ultra-high-definition Laser Projectors and screens to ensure presentations remain sharp in bright conditions.

Using the latest advancements in technology, AI-powered 4K PTZ tracking video cameras in the various meeting rooms ensures seamless, high-quality video capture. The intelligent cameras use advanced facial and body recognition to automatically follow presenters as they move around the room, eliminating the need for manual camera operators – a technological marvel.

Direct guest connectivity via Microhire’s exclusive software ‘EngageME’, empowers hotel guests to connect effortlessly with The Grace Hotel and Microhire’s teams directly from their room.

Expertly engineered audio systems ensure crystal-clear sound across all event spaces, while wireless connectivity and advanced system controls make operating these spaces effortless.
