The Challenge

In its second consecutive year supporting this major corporate event, Microhire was tasked with elevating the experience into a high-impact concert environment.

The production required careful coordination around a headline international music act, fast-paced stage changeovers, and a guest-friendly layout. Additional complexity came from venue rigging restrictions and the need to align technical delivery with a dynamic event format.

The Solution

Microhire managed all production design and execution, including:

  • Visual and Content Switching
    • Installed four rear projection screens with complex switching of multiple vision sources
  • Staging and Lighting Design
    • Delivered full stage design with draped backdrop
    • Designed and operated a fully choreographed lighting show using 60 intelligent fixtures, LED strips, and theatrical lighting
  • Audio and Rigging
    • Engineered and installed a complete audio system
    • Managed install scheduling, rigging within venue limitations, and coordinated full setup and pack-down
  • Event and Stage Management
    • Oversaw run-of-show and live stage management to ensure seamless transitions

The Results
