LE Displays – Thales Stand

Creating a High-Impact Visual Experience for LE Displays

The Challenge

LE Displays engaged Microhire to deliver a large-scale AV and IT solution for the Thales stand at Land Warfare.

With over 100 display panels required across a multi-zone exhibition space, the brief called for precision rigging, pre-cabling, and seamless integration of LED walls, LCD panels, and interactive touchscreens. The installation had to be completed within a tight three-day window while coordinating with builders and working around heavy military equipment and hardware displays.

The Solution

Microhire delivered a full AV and IT solution across all stand elements, including:

Display Installation and Rigging

Rigged three flown LED video walls (over 60 panels total)
Installed two 5×3 seamless LCD video walls (30 panels)
Deployed eight standalone touchscreen units and a mix of 65″, 42″, and 32″ LCDs

Infrastructure and Technical Planning

Managed all pre-cabling and system routing across the stand during the build
Provided content creation support for large-format displays and touchscreens
Assigned an on-site Technical Director to coordinate daily with the builder and LE Displays

Event Support

Maintained the same core crew throughout install, show operation, and pack-down
Conducted daily technical checks to ensure reliable performance throughout the event

The Results

Delivered over 100 display panels with zero disruption to build schedules
Enabled a polished, immersive AV experience that supported Thales’ exhibition goals
Maintained clear communication and consistency with a single point of contact on-site
Received strong feedback from both LE Displays and the end client
