Located in Brisbane’s CBD, W Brisbane offers over 1,100 square metres of flexible event space across nine venues.

The Great Room is the largest, with 595 square metres of pillarless space, custom LED lighting, three large screens, and capacity for up to 600 guests in a cocktail-style layout. It can also be divided into three soundproof sections for smaller formats.

Additional spaces include the Studio Rooms, several with private balconies and views of the Brisbane River, and the Strategy Boardroom, ideal for executive meetings of up to 12 people.

On Level 4, the open-air SUN Deck offers 450 square metres of space with river and city skyline views, suited to cocktail events, networking functions, or team activities. Unique venues such as The Lex and WET® Deck provide further options for exclusive dinners or social gatherings.

The hotel features 312 guest rooms, three bars and restaurants, a day spa, and salon services, making it well suited to multi-day conferences or high-end corporate events.
